CREATING IN-WORLD CONTENT AT  NEVER-BEEN DONE BEFORE SCALE

Creating backstories that matter:

Data showed us that our audience lacked urgency in seeing a sequel to the original movie, twenty years ago. To stoke interest and awareness, we created a series of content bridging the gap between the original and this installment. To feel “in world,” we shot as much on set with the main units as possible, maximizing production efforts and efficiencies.

This required a creative and distribution blueprint not just for the piece but also all the other content associated to the specific “bridge” viral.

The below piece was shot partially on set, but most of the visuals created in the video were created specifically for this piece, with the approval of the filmmakers. It was lauded as a truly “in-IP” piece of material that was an integral part of the film’s universe.
